As a group of friends that met in this industry and became the best of friends and embarked on this entrepreneurial journey together, with a shared vision of supporting one another and leaning on each other strengths. Incase you didnt know the phrase “Krem de le krem” is a play on the French phrase “crème de la crème,” which literally translates to “cream of the cream.” This expression is used to describe something of the top tier or the highest quality of its kind.

Krem Vape Studio operates through a combination of an Online Store and several physical
branches. Here's how each of them functions:

  • ONLINE STORE

    The Krem Vape Studio website provides a seamless shopping journey, allowing customers to explore a wide range of products and place orders effortlessly. With convenient checkout options, including preferred payment methods, customers can choose between pickup or delivery. Orders within Cape Town have a lead time of 1-3 business days, while other cities 3-5 business day lead time. In-store pickups accept cash payments. Free shipping is available for orders above R1000, while standard charges apply otherwise. The Pinelands Store serves as the primary pickup location.

  • PINELANDS, CAPE TOWN BRANCH

    The Pinelands Store operates by appointment, requiring customers to schedule visits beforehand. Despite its separate operation from the Online Store, arrangements can be made to have all online items prepared for pickup within 1-3 days. Serving as the exclusive pickup point, customers can conveniently retrieve their online orders from this location.   • KUILSRIVER, CAPE TOWN BRANCH

    The Kuilsriver store functions separately from the Online Store, yet they can coordinate the preparation of all online items for pickup within 1-3 days. Customers seeking product availability information can get in touch with Ikraam at 0799243499.

    Operating by appointment, the Plumstead store requires customers to schedule visits ahead of time. Similar to its counterparts, the Plumstead branch can ensure that products from the Online Store are prepared for pickup within 1-3 days.     The Lansdowne store functions through scheduled appointments, requiring customers to plan their visits ahead.
